I am on the Helical Insight report create page. I keep on saving the report I have created but they are not getting saved. Whenever I click on the file browser it does not show those files.

Hi Harika,
Helical Insight file browser is URL sensitive and only shows the files with respect to that specific URL. If you are on “report-create.html” page and then click on file browser (at the left bottom of the screen) it will only show metadata files (through which we can create the reports).
Whereas if we are on “report-edit.html” page and then click on file browser it will show only adhoc-report which files which you can open and edit.
Hence in case if you would like to see ALL the files please make sure you are on the home page (click on Helical Insight logo or Home button) and then click on file browser, you will be able to see all the files.
