Hello Helical Insight,
I am using Helical Insight 4.0. I have many folders that have been shared with users having different roles. I want to know which folders have been shared with particular role. Currently, I need to right click on each folder, go to Sharing and check the roles with which folder is shared. Is there any other way to do this?

Hello Snow,
As of now, this is the only way to achieve this. Another alternative is to have a user with only one of the roles assigned.
Then you can go to User Management tab on Home page of Helical Insight.
Against the user, you will find “Impersonate” button.
Click on this button to login as that particular user. You will see the folders shared with him.
