User that only can visualize Dashboards made by others

Hello, i want to create a user that can not make or edit reports, and him only can visualize reports already created by another user type, in Dashboard Designer. Is this possible? And how can i do that? Basically, i want to disable the reports tab for that user, and only enable the Dashboard Designer Tab.

In order to do this, we can edit the spring-security.xml file present in the backend at location: \jetty\work\jetty-0.0.0.0-8085-hi-ee.war-_hi-ee-any-\webapp\WEB-INF\classes In this file, you can do changes as shown in the below screenshot. For example, in this image /admin.html page is accessible by only the user having role= ‘ROLE_ADMIN’.
