Switching demo database to Live database when DB name is different

Hello Helical Insight,

We are using Helical Insight enterprise edition 4.1 GA. We have updated data source details from demo DB to Live DB.
Here the DB name is different from demo to Live server. We are facing issues with reports and dashboards.

Hello Sesa,

Steps to be followed:

  1. Update the live DB details
  2. Open the metadata in edit mode
  3. Change the catalog name(Live DB name) in the metadata then save it.

  1. Check the dashboards and reports , those will work fine.
