Reports not getting Cached

Hello Helical Team,

I am using Helical Insight 4.0. Some of my reports are not getting cached. This is affecting performance and the reports take long to load. Please help.

Hello Vema,

This is an issue related to the length of the SQL query. If you are using complex queries or long queries of more than 10,000 characters, the reports do not getting cached.
It is advised to restructure your queries to have a length of less than 10,000 characters. You could also consider creating a view at the database level for any query or subquery so that the SQL getting generated from Helical Insight is shorted in length.
