I am using Helical Insight 3.1 EE. I have done white labelling. However when a report/dashboard is opened in new window I can see HI : User or HI : Admin etc on the browser Title. How to remove the same. Please refer to the below image.

Open the file ServiceLoadView.jsp (path would be “…\hi\apache-tomcat-7\webapps\hi-ee\WEB-INF\jsp”) using any text editor. On the line no 16 you can see a text called
HI: User. You can remove that part and that will remove the same appearing from the title. After making the above change make sure you are testing in a private window of a browser.
