There is no uninstaller script in the CE distribution. I have searched the distribution and, indeed, the whole system on which I have HI installed.
In particular there is no file uninstaller.sh as described in the response to this previous forum question:

Hi,
If you are using helical insight CE with tomcat and mysql, you can simply stop the tomcat and delete “hi-ce” folder and hi-ce.war file.Then delete folders and files related to helical insight CE like hi-repository, log files etc.
