After the Installation of the tool,it shows an error as the application cannot be reached.Help me to resolve the problem. I tried it in two laptops,in that also same error occurs.

Sorry to hear that the product didn’t work properly. Will you please be able to share the screenshot along with the installation log from both the machines.
We need 1.7+ JDK or JRE at least for Helical Insight to work. In the meanwhile please go through the below links
