Issue when dimension and measure on same field

Hello Helical Team,

I am doing a count on a field and also using the same field for group by. When I try to apply colors via Properties options, I do not see dimension field in color I only see the measure field. I am using the latest release of Helical Insight 5.0 enterprise version. In fact not only color but other properties also are not working like tooltip, label etc. I see only one option in dropdown of colors, I should see two options i.e. one for measure and other for dimension.

Hello Netta,

Yes, there is an issue in GA release of Helical Insight version 5.0. We are going to fix it. It is happening because you are using the same field in both the places
As a work around you can use some other field to do the measure, if possible, based on the data you have. If not, try creating a custom column for dimension and use it to group it up.
This will allow you to use the fields as needed.
