How do I add a JRXML report and its EFW wrapper files in the Docker EE version where the repository is database-backed?
Dear User, Helical Insight canned reporting module is introduced from version 6.0 and it is having a HCR file extension (not EFW).
Eventhough our canned report module (HCR) and Jasper report both can be used to create pixel perfect multi pager document kind of reports, but still as both of them are all together different technology platforms, it is not possible to directly import JRXML here and use. We will have to recreate those reports here.
I had been informed that, with some massaging, a jrxml report could be run in HI-EE.
I know that some other files would have to be created, but t understood that the jrxml and SQL can generally be used intact without reimplementing the whole thing.
Is that false? Have I been wasting my time?
I beg pardon. I reread the response above and it looks like support for jrxml has been abandoned. Too bad.
