I have just now installed Helical Insight 3.1 EE. When I am on super-admin home page and then when I click on refresh icon I am getting this error message.
Please help me with the same.

Hello Kevin,
Basically, Cache folder automatically gets created when something gets cached. You are getting exception because nothing is cached, so that cache folder has not been created. When you have created a report and seen it, it will get cached and automatically that folder will be created. This is not a bug as such.
