How to set default sorting order

Hello Team,

I am using Helical Insight Version 3.0. I have a tabular report in which I want to sort the employee names alphabetically and the salary in descending order. How do I set the default sorting order?

Hello Riwim,

For the table to open with a default order, you have to set the arrows next to the column names that you dragged.

When both the arrows are shown, then there is no order defined.
Upwards arrow indicates ascending order while a downward arrow indicates descending order.
Once the arrows are set, generate the report and save it. It will always open with the default sorting order selected.
