I have integrated the reports and dashboards built using Helical Insight into our application.
However, there is a blue band at the top which appears which is also having an option called “Cache Refresh”.
I would like to disable only this option. How can that be done?

Please navigate to the folder “C:\Program Files\Helical Insight\hi\apache-tomcat-7\webapps\hi-ee\WEB-INF\jsp\report”. The path might be slightly different based on your OS or custom installation.
Open the file “newWindowMenu.jsp” in edit mode. Between line 59 to 64 we have a class called “hi-iframe-hoverEffect customColor-Text”. You have to disable this content and then just refresh the web browser (no restart is required).
