Helical is executing SQL script when we open metadata/report

Hello Team HI,

I am using Helical Insight 3.1 EE. At the metadata level Helical Insight executes SQL script while opening metadata or report. This causes performance issue and the browser crashes. Is there a way to avoid this?

This is a known issue and this issue has been corrected in Helical Insight 4.0… Please migrate to the latest version. You can download the latest version from our website and for migrating you can follow the steps mentioned in the blog below
