I am connecting installed Helical Insight. But from the web browser I am not able to access Helical Insight. Neither is the tomcat page accessible from the browser. But the Helical Insight service seems to be running. please help.

It is generally the best if JDK is present in the machine wherein you are installing Helical Insight. Also make sure that the home path is correctly set.
After setting the home path correctly manually start the tomcat. Because of this it will manually explode the WAR file and it will create “hi-ee” folder. Thus tomcat and Helical Insight will get created properly and will work properly.
