HA delay in reflection of report dashboard changes

Hello Helical Insight,

I am having Helical Insight EE version 5.0 GA. I have implemented HA and load balancing. All the servers are sharing the same application database, hence the same DB is storing information of reports dashboards user roles etc.
However what is observed is that when I change the reports from Helical Insight server 1, the same is not reflecting immediately on server 2 but after some time. What could be the reason for that?

Hello Vema,

This is happening because each of the Helical Insight server hibernate is also having it’s own cache. If we change it to false then it will immediately reflect but that is not something which is recommended.
