Grid table cross tab Total Showing 0

Hello,

We are using open source BI Helical Insight 5.2 enterprise version. We have created a grid table and are trying to enable the grand total for a grid table using the properties of the crosstab.

However, it is not working as expected. At the right it is adding a grand total but those values are visible as 0. Could you provide the steps to achieve this? Refer to the below image

Hello Netta,

Generate the grid table, by keeping the measure column in the Columns section.

To enable grand totals for the grid table:

Click the three dots next to Visualization.

Select Properties.

Choose ‘Crosstab’ from the options.

Enable the ‘Show Grand Totals’ toggle. (refer : Crosstab Properties - Helical Insight )

Click Apply to save the changes."

Note : You can also use all the properties of Crosstab in a grid table
