Grid Formatting feature not working in 5.0 version

Hello helical team,
I am using 5.0 version here, i am not able to do grid formatting in this version. look at the attached screenshot. I have applied $ sign but when i save changes it actually doesn’t change. Any guidance will be appreciated.

Hello.
First point is this is not version 5.0, this is version 4.1

Second : When you do any customization, please click on the “Apply” button (refer to the image below highlighted in yellow colored box). And then generate chart.
