Hello Team. I am using open source BI Helical Insight enterprise edition version 6.0.
When I use a Grid Chart with a large amount of data, the chart sometimes appears blank.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hello Vema,
If the data size is too large and there is not enough space to display the chart, the Grid Chart (Bar chart option of it especially) may appear blank. This is due to rendering limitations.
You can try the following workarounds:
• Use a normal Chart instead of a Grid Chart
• Or use the Line Chart option inside the Grid Chart, which works better for large data
