We are using Helical Insight 5.0. When exporting dashboards to PDF, only the currently visible on-screen data is included (e.g., scrollable tables only export rows displayed in the dashboard view), not the complete content. How can we export full reports containing all underlying data, including every row in tables?

Regarding the export, there are two aspects to clarify: individual report export and dashboard export.
When exporting an individual report, all pages of the tabular data are included in the PDF across multiple pages. You can open any individual table report, open it in new window and export. That will export full data.
However, when the report is part of a dashboard containing multiple panels, it is not possible to generate a PDF that includes all pages from all panels because the size of that table report in the dashboard is specified and all the other components specific size position etc is also predecided. Hence in this case, the dashboard export functions as a screenshot, capturing only what is visible on the screen.
Having said that , if you would like to export all pages of a specific tabular report from within the dashboard, you can enable export options for that particular panel.
You can follow the steps provided in this guide to do so (this option comes from version 5.2.3):
Once enabled, that panel can be exported as a full PDF with all records, even from within the dashboard.
