I am using Helical Insight Enterprise version. What I would like is that when no value is selected inside the filter then it should pass all the values into filter. Is something like that possible?

Yes. In our Helical Insight 4.0 RC2 version on-wards it is possible. Hence even if no filter value is selected it Helical Insight will not throw error, rather it will show all the values (or in other words you can think of it like the filter all together is getting bypassed). You will have to enable this functionality though.
Open the file “defaults.properties” present in the location “…\hi\hi-repository\System\Admin”. Navigate to Line no 35 whose content is something like below
adhoc.query.useDefaults=true
By default that property value will be false , we should make it true. Then reload application configurations from the home page of super-admin at bottom right ( restart is not required) and try in private window of browser.
