Can I share files with many roles or users at same time?
By right clicking on any file or folder, sharing option appears. Using that it can be shared with any role and user. Please note that sharing can be done with a person belonging to our own organization only.
I tried as you said but I’m not able to share the file.
In order to share the file with a user you need to share the whole path with that user.
For example, in order to share “Sample Travel MD” you also need to share the “Metadata” and “Sample” file.
