File browser and new role not appear when sharing report/folder/dashboard

Hello Helical Team,
I am using Helical Insight EE 4.1 . We have implemented LDAP. Now to new users we are directly assigning some new role and certain reports and dashboards have been shared with that user. However the file browser is not visible and the user is not able to access the reports dashboards. Please help

Hello Kajipe,

It seems like the newly created users via LDAP has not been given role_admin or role_user. The users should have either role_admin or role_user mandatorily, along with that the user can also have more roles also. When the newly created users have these roles assigned to them then the file browser will be visible to them. So then they can navigate to the required folders etc and view the reports dashboards which have been shared with them.
