Export Limited to 1000 Records in Helical Insight

Hello,

I am using open source BI Helical Insight 5.2.1 enterprise version. When I export data (CSV/PDF), only 1000 records are included instead of the full dataset. Why is this happening?

Hello Netta,

This happens because the sample size is set to 1000 at the report level.

Export functionality respects the configured sample size, so only the first 1000 records are included in the exported file.

To export the full dataset:

• Go to the Settings tab in the report
• Locate the Sample Size option
• Change it from 1000 to Full
• Save the report

After updating this setting, exports (CSV/PDF) will include the complete data instead of being limited to 1000 records.
