Excel export patch giving issues

Hello Helical Insight,

I am using helical insight 4.1 GA. I have used this plugin to enable the data export at dashboard level also.

But the excel export gives some java exception with above patch. How to fix this?

Hello Vema,
Please follow below steps to fix the issue

  1. Download attached Libraries.zip (8.6 MB)
    and copy all the directly extracted jar files (3.9 version POIs) into below path :

“…\hi\apache-tomcat-9\webapps\hi-ee\WEB-INF\lib”

  1. Remove below listed jar files from the same above location

poi-4.0.1.jar

poi-ooxml-4.0.1.jar

poi-ooxml-schemas-4.0.1.jar

  1. Once done then restart the server. Then in a new report try to apply that excel export and see. It should work fine.
