You need to create a version which does not have mysql bundled nor does it have tomcat bundled!
Please let me know how to fix this or when a new package is available that is fixed.

Hi Raunak,

Sorry to hear that Helical Insight didn’t work properly in your environment. Please share the log files, which you can find it inside /opt/helical/log folder (Zip this folder). We will investigate the issue and will get back to you.

We do have manual installer using which you can install Helical Insight in your own Tomcat and with your own DB (we support mySQL, Postgres, Oracle etc). You can follow this link for more details.
