Error in making Database Connection

Hello Helical Insight,

I am using helical insight 3.1 EE. I am trying to make the connection but getting the below error

“Error: MySQLNonTransientConnectionException: Got packets out of order”

What could be the issue?

Hello Kajipe,

Please make sure that you are not having mysql or any other dbdriver in the lib folder. If it is there please delete it. Then restart the server once and try connecting from the datasource page. You would be able to connect.
