Email getting sent after some time

Hello Helical Insight,
I am using Helical Insight 4.0 EE. I have implemented email scheduling but the emails are getting sent after some time. What could be the issue?

Hello Sesa,

There might be several reason. One reason being phantom is being used to export and then email scheduling happens. There might be already many processes running on phantom which might be consuming memory and that’s why email scheduling is getting delayed. You can either restart the server or try to know and manually kill those processes of phantom which is causing issue.

Also you should increase the hardware of Helical BI product to avoid such issues.
