Dropdown Issues in Canned Report Filters

I am using open source BI helical insight version 6.0. Why are dropdown values appearing blank in the filter section of a canned report?

Dropdown values in a canned report filter may appear blank if the Display and Value columns are not properly mapped in the parameter configuration. Ensure that the appropriate columns are properly mapped in the parameter configuration.

This issue can also occur if the column alias used in the filter query has been changed but not updated in the parameter mapping. In such cases, remap the updated alias under Parameter → Options → Display and Value.

If the database data has been recently updated but the dropdown still shows blank or old values, it may be due to cached data. Clear the application cache from the home page and reopen the canned report to load the latest dropdown values.
