Deletion of public folder

Hello,

I have created a PUBLIC FOLDER into Helical Insight 5.1 GA and now i want to delete this FOLDER but i am not able to delete and i don’t see any option to delete the same. How can i delete public folder?

Hello,
By default, PUBLIC FOLDER has READ only permissions, if you want to delete it then you need to change default permission of PUBLIC folder from back end. In order to change permission level please refer this blog : Public and Private Folders in Helical Insight Application - Helical Insight

By default 2 permission is there which is READ change it to your required level and restart Helical Insight application.
