I have created a new datasource and now my metadata is pointing to production database rather than development database. However now in dashboard designer listeners are not working?

Please open the dashboard, delete all the already existing input parameters. Then add all the input parameters again and listeners again. Then it will continue to work. The mentioned solution will work for versions upto version 3.0. In future releases this might be made even more smoother so that you will not have to delete and add again.
