Hello Vema,
This behavior is due to a UI limitation in the current version of Helical Insight.
The abort action is actually triggered only when clicking on the top animation/progress bar, not on the “Click to Abort” text itself.
Additionally:
• Earlier versions showed a hand cursor (pointer) when hovering over “Click to Abort,” indicating it was clickable
• From the current version 6.1.0.852 GA, the cursor remains default, which can be misleading
• Clicking the text does not trigger the abort action, making it appear non-functional
Workaround:
• Click on the top animation/progress bar to cancel the report execution
This issue has been reported to the product team, and a fix is planned in future releases so that clicking on the text will also properly trigger the abort action.
Thanks,
Helical Insight.
