Charts customization property not working

Hello Team Helical,

I am using Helical Insight 3.1. I have created a report but however the charts customization properties are not working like color etc for many charts like pie bar donut line etc
The error is
Uncaught Type Error : Cannot read property ‘name’ of undefined

Hello Riwim,

The customizations are working fine. However it might be happening that your reports are having hidden fields.
Kindly remove those hidden fields, then remove any already applied customizations and then apply these customizations again. It will work fine. Try doing this in a private window.
