Card Drilldown in New Tab changing base URL

Hello Helical Insight,

I am using Helical Insight 4.1GA. I have applied drilldown on card report with “Open in New Tab” option. When I click on the report, the child report shows 404 error. It is working when I select “Open in Current Tab” option. On observation, the child report URL has changed from dashboard.myurl.com/hi-ee/ hi.html?dir=1623825228061&file=41a4bb05-6baa-40de-9a06-5df929dcb850.efw&mode=open

To

open.myurl.com/hi-ee/ hi.html?dir=1623825228061&file=41a4bb05-6baa-40de-9a06-5df929dcb850.efw&mode=open

Can you help to fix this issue?

Hello Sesa,

The above issue is occurring due to keywork “dashboard” being used as the base URL. We have fixed this issue.
Please download the attached script (Attach File Here) and replace the drilldown.js file located at …/hi/hi-repository/System/Admin/CustomScripts/card/js
Refresh the page and reapply the drilldown script.
