Canned Report: replacing null values

Hello Helical,

I am preparing canned report in Helical Insight 4.1GA is there a way to replace null values with an empty string. I do not want to show ‘null’ in my report. Otherwise I will have to change SQL directly but it can be more time consuming. Is there an easier UI driven option?

Hello,

Helical Insight have that option for you, you do not need to worry about changing SQL for this. While you are on canvas and placing the variable at the end you will see the following option Blank when null just check the check box next to it and you are done.
