Hello Helical Team,
I have to generate the authentication token successfully, but can’t access the report or welcome screen using generated token

Provide token details

Plaint Text: username=hiuser|expTime=20210925 00:00:00 IST
Encrypted Text: ow4135Dn+pnSzE76BrphJR9OlLJRCa/bjg62EONPfRIZGSPcU/69D3weD2FjYM9u

Url: http://{ServerIp}:8085/hi-ee//welcome.html?authToken=ow4135Dn+pnSzE76BrphJR9OlLJRCa/bjg62EONPfRIZGSPcU/69D3weD2FjYM9u

Use the above URL but redirect on the login form (http://{ServerIp}:8085/hi-ee/)

Hello Snow,

There are 2 methods of creating users in Helical, one is via Helical Insight application directly and the second is creating it via SSO method. So hiuser and hiadmin is already created in the application. You can only login to that users via SSO token which are created via SSO methods.

Please create a new user using the SSO token method and try to login using the method which you are following. You would be able to login without any issue. Please let us know in case of any more questions.
