Arabic Filter Values not working

Hello Helical Team,

I am using Helical Insight 4.0 with Arabic language data. When I am adding filters at the report level and dashboard level, it is working fine. However, when I am passing the filter values in the URL, the filters don’t work and I get “No data”. Why is this happening?

Hello Netta,

When you send the values of the filters in the URL, the filter values are not matching. This is because the characters in the Arabic language are in reverse order.

Hence, if the filter value is Name=JAMES BOND

Then you need to send it in URL as &Name=DNOB SEMAJ

When you send the filter value as shown above, a direct comparison can be made and you will get the desired result.
