MongoDB connection Timeout

Hello Helical Team,

I am using Helical 3.0. I connected to MongoDB via Apache Drill. After running the application for a few times, I am getting Timeout error while connecting to my database.

When I checked, the connections to Apache Drill were not closed even after closing the application. There are many connections still active. Is there a way to close all the connections?

Thank You.

Hello Anu,

Please follow the below steps:

  1. Download ‘defaults.properties’ defaults.zip (630 Bytes) and 'com.zip (10.8 KB)
    ’ files
  2. Extract ‘com.zip’
  3. Go to Helical Insight Installed location
  4. Add ‘defaults.properties’ file in ‘Admin’ folder

C:\Program Files\Helical Insight\hi\hi-repository\System\Admin

  1. Delete existing ‘com’ folder and add provided ‘com’ folder

C:\Program Files\Helical Insight\hi\apache-tomcat-7\webapps\hi-ee\WEB-INF\classes

Restart the server at the end.

Thank You,
From Team Helical.
