I have added 5 columns in selection but when selecting customize tab in CrossTab function it shows only 3 columns.
The 2 columns which are not appearing, make sure that it is having either group by (if it is a dimension) or any aggregate function (like min, max, avg, sum, count etc) in case if it is a measure.
