I am using Helical Insight EE 3.1. I have created a crosstab chart as shown in the below image.
However when I rename the column name and then again click on generate report it is not working. The cross tab chart is not getting updated. Please help.

Hello Kevin,
As soon as you rename the column name or make any other changes (like addition of more columns into the field) you will have to make sure that you go to “CROSS TAB” and then click on refresh. Highlighted in below image.
Now clicking on generate report will show the updated column alias names.
