What is the difference between cache and current report?
Helical Insight is having a server level caching implemented to ensure optimum performance. Whenever a person requests a report, first of all it is checked at server cache memory. In case if the data is not found, then database is queried and the report is generated. Current report is the one wherein the data is not fetched from cache memory.At the top of the screen user also has the option to refresh the cache memory.
