Hello Team Helical,
We are using Helical insight Enterprise version 3.1. Via VF option, we have integrated an external chart into our application. Everything works fine.
However when we are dragging that report into dashboard designer it is not working. It is showing blank. Please help

Hello Harika,
You will have to enable iframe at dashboard designer level for any report which is created using VF option.
In order to enable iframe at the dashboard level, you can hover over that report in dashboard designer. You will get a pencil icon (edit) and click on it. In the popup box which will appear, if you scroll down you will see an option of enabling iframe. Enable that and then just click on refresh present at the top blue band (not the browser refresh).
