If Java is found in the System registry then HIApplication Installation starts. There is no lookup for JAVA_HOME or JRE_HOME. This is possibly a bug which can be fixed in future release of installer. Incase, you already have a tomcat or application server and database server like MySQL server in your machine, then you may use the manual installer which does not check any JAVA / JRE dependencies and assumes everything is preconfigured in end user's system.
