Helical Insight Session Expires Frequently

Hi Team Helical,

I have embedded Helical Insight in my web application. However, I frequently encounter session expiration message. Is there a way to avoid session timeout?

Hello Birtetodra,

The default session timeout for Helical Insight is 30 minutes. If you wish to change this, please refer to the following blog:

You can also trigger the session timeout when the LogOut or SignOut button is clicked on your web application.

Logout of Helical Insight in embedded mode

Hello Team Helical, I am using Helical Insight in embedded mode. However after sometime, Helical login screen appears in our application upon embedded even though embedded. Also even when I have logged out from our application, in a separate window if I open the Helical Insight URL the session is persisting. Please help with the above how can I trigger that custom logout of Helical Insight along with our application. Thank You Riwim.
