I’m trying to create adhoc view for my redshift datasource, but getting the following error. What does this error mean?
Error: ErrorException: Amazon Invalid operation: syntax error at or near “.”;

Can you please share your Helical Insight Application - hi-application log file.
How to find installation log file:
- Go to Helical Insight Installation directory.
- Find log directory named as “logs”
- Select “hi-application” file

Error: ErrorException: Amazon Invalid operation: syntax error at or near “.”; mostly due the view you have created is wrong. Will you please share the query you have written to create a view ?
Please make sure, you have followed the instructions mentioned in below blog. In case the error still persists, please provide the query and the screenshots.

Yes, I’ve tried the following but still getting the same error. What am I missing?
- Both methods from that link to connect to Redshift
- Multiple Views and Tables
- Drivers from
