When I login into Helical Insight Application Enterprise Edition version 2.0 through “hiadmin”, on admin page, when clicking on “Scheduling” tab, I get error -> “Error: ResourceNotFoundException: The scheduling.xml file is not found. There may not be any schedule”
Hi Marc,
This error is due to the reason that “scheduling.xml” file is not present. “scheduling.xml” file only gets created once you schedule any report/dashboard. If you haven’t scheduled any report/dashboard, then it will not be not created and thus this error is shown.
